The crypto market opened Wednesday with Bitcoin (BTC) reclaiming $20,000. In the last 24 hours, BTC slipped below $20,000 for a brief duration, and as of\u00a012:30 a.m. ET, the price of the world’s biggest cryptocurrency was $20,100, confirming a back-and-forth sideways and\u00a0sluggish trading pattern.<\/p>\n
As per CoinMarketCap (CMC<\/a>), the market dominance of Bitcoin stood at\u00a042.55% while the market capitalization of the cryptocurrency stood at $385 billion.\u00a0<\/p>\n On the other hand, the second-biggest cryptocurrency, Ether (ETH), dropped around 1% in the last 24 hours. The price of 1 ETH as of\u00a012:36 a.m. ET was $1,138. According to CMC<\/a>, the market dominance of Ether stood at\u00a015.26% while the market capitalization of ETH stood at $138.6 billion.<\/p>\n The biggest gainers in the crypto space included Solana (SOL), Avalanche (AVAX), Cosmos (ATOM), and The Sandbox (SAND). These tokens rose by 1.04%, 3.8%, 3.44% and 5.23%, respectively. As per CMC, the price\u00a0of these tokens as of\u00a012:40 a.m. ET was $36.07, $18.45, $9.18 and $1.25.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n The biggest losers in the crypto market were Dogecoin (DOGE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Litecoin (LTC), Near Protocol (NEAR) and Chainlink (LINK). These cryptocurrencies dropped 2.6%, 3.77%, 3.07%, 3.27% and 2.28%, respectively. The prices of these coins as of\u00a012:44 a.m. ET were $0.0674, $0.00001034, $50.12, $3.39, and $6.29.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
